Executive Director
Directed the programs, budget, fundraising, marketing, personnel, and administrative functions of this regional non-profit to achieve substantial programmatic and financial growth. Successfully worked with diverse constituencies including board members, healthcare leaders, corporate executives, private and public philanthropists, foundation leaders, and local and state government officials and agencies in creating one of the preeminent cancer support organizations in the country. Accomplishments included:
- Grew fiscal year revenues from $912,729 in 1999 to $1,761,482 in 2003, a 93% increase.
- Raised in excess of $7.4 million dollars.
- Reorganized the staff and board of directors through recruitment .
- Initiated and executed nationwide partnerships with industry, and launched three national patient education programs.

Reporting to the president and CEO of this international non-profit, positioned the organization as a strategic partner to leaders in health care, patient advocacy, major corporations and foundations. Developed and implemented national business initiatives. Secured funding to support national programs and operations. Accomplishments included:
- Branded organization as a nationally recognized provider of state of the art programs and services.
- Participated in development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plan to recruit high level senior management and relocate the national headquarters to Washington D.C.

- Silver Telly Award, presented to TWCP’s video “Cancer Support for Life”. This award presented at the 23rd annual Telly Award is a national award, which recognizes excellence in the TV, commercial and video industry. TWCP was awarded the highest honor in the non-broadcast health and medicine category.
